Car Troubles
So I was on my home from church tonight and I hit a curb really hard. As I was driving I heard something dragging on the ground so I pulled over into a parking lot. After crying for about 10-15 minutes I called Pastor Earwood and he and Mr. Edge came to see what the problem was. I did not want to drive it in case there was a serious problem with it because there was definitely something dragging on the ground. Thankfully, it was only the shield that was broken but I hit it pretty hard. Nothing was leaking and nothing else seemed to be broken but I am going to call the dealership and see if they can put a new shield thing on. (I know nothing about cars lol) I am so grateful that they were able to come help me and also that there was nothing more serious done to the car. Oh, just one of my many adventures to come!

Lazy Day
Today was a pretty lazy day. I did clean up the house though. It was a mess! Kaya slept pretty much all day. She must have had too much excitement the past few weeks! Isn't she cute? :) I was able to hear from Jonathan tonight. I miss him a lot but I know that the Lord is going to teach me wonderful things while he is gone. He says he is doing well and we talked for a good while. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day. I have no food in the house! Maybe I will go to the gym too...maybe lol. I am excited for church though! We are studying the book of Revelation and there is so much to learn! I think it is a great study. Well, It's 12:30 and I am kind of tired lol. Until next time...

Back to Reality
Well, today was a gloomy day for more than one reason. I enjoyed having my in-laws visit me over the past 2 weeks, and now everyone is gone. It's just me and my cat. It was also rainy and yucky all day. On the bright side, I heard from Jonathan this morning. He emailed me and is doing well! :) I subbed today and those children are such a blessing, even though I had to tell them to be quiet pretty much ALL day! :) They kept my mind off of everything and made my day much better. I am now sitting on my couch drinking hot chocolate and about to put in a good movie. Kaya met me at the door and is being very cuddly (I think she was lonely). Tonight will be a relaxing night! :)

New Beginnings
I have decided to start writing a blog while Jonathan is deployed. I think it will be a good way for me to share my adventures here at home while he is gone. My postings will probably be random and convey my journey throughout this chapter in my life. I am anxious to see how the Lord will grow me through this time. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy! :)
